Hi, WE’RE TRICIA AND ALISHA.
Mamas, sisters-in-law, and lovers of health and wellness. We became passionate about health and wellness after three of our children got sick and did not receive answers while we were doctoring traditionally. Holistic health became a passion for both of us. What started as SIL bonding turned into Forget-Me-Not Wellness: an organic, locally sourced one-stop-shop for health and wellness needs for people of all ages!
